Power & Lighting
Whether you’re building a new home or are doing some renovations to an existing house, Grechcom can provide all of your power and lighting needs. We can install power and light points in every room as well as outside your home.
For new builds, we work with the electrical plans provided by your builder or architect to ensure that all the required points are installed correctly and exactly where they’re supposed to be.
This includes power points, data points, light points, light switches, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, range hoods, and telephone and TV points. In addition, Grechcom can work with you to supply custom lighting to suit your needs.
Home Renovations
Whether you’ve engaged a registered builder to complete your home renovations or you’re project managing the renovations yourself and engaging local tradespeople, Grechcom can take care of all of your electrical and data installations.
Home Automation
At Grechcom, we understand that home automation is important to many of our clients and are fully experienced in wiring your home for this exciting new technology. This will allow you to control all of your lights and electrical appliances from your smart device, even remotely.
Home Network Cabling
Not only can Grechcom ensure that you have all the necessary power and light points, but we can also ensure that your home is wired for all of your telecommunication needs. This can include data cabling that connects all of your devices to one source so that they all share the same network.
